Weston A. Price was a dentist who showed the relationship between unhealthy nutrition and physical degeneration. He traveled the world studying isolated populations who ate traditional diets, comparing them to those eating modern processed foods. His book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" documented how traditional diets produced superior dental and overall health. The Weston A. Price Foundation continues his work.
