Viktor Schauberger was an Austrian forester and inventor whose work is presented in episode 12 of Pateo TV. He observed nature closely and developed theories about water, energy, and implosion technology. He designed innovative water management systems and claimed to have built devices that could generate energy through vortex motion. His motto was "Comprehend and Copy Nature."
