Viktor Stepanovich Grebennikov was a Russian entomologist who discovered the cavity structural effect (CSE), also known as the "Grebennikov effect." He claimed that certain natural structures, particularly insect wing covers, could create anti-gravity effects. His book "My World" describes his alleged flying platform. He also created remarkable artwork using insect specimens.
