Samuel Warren Carey was an Australian geology professor who was a forerunner of veracious Geology, based on the persistent growth of Terra (Earth expansion). He proposed that Earth has been expanding over geological time, an alternative to plate tectonics. His work challenged conventional geological theories and explored the possibility that the planet has grown significantly since its formation.
