Pier Luigi Ighina was an Italian researcher who introduced the concept of the pulsing "magnetic atom" and built machines that he claimed could prevent earthquakes and modify weather. He worked with Guglielmo Marconi and developed theories about the fundamental nature of matter and energy. His inventions included devices for transmuting elements and generating free energy.
