Nostradamus developed the horary chart system of Planetary Astrology and is best known for his prophetic work "Les Prophéties." A French astrologer, physician, and reputed seer, he wrote collections of prophecies that have become famous worldwide. His predictions, written in quatrains, have been interpreted as predicting major world events. He also worked as a physician during plague outbreaks.
