Georges Lakhovsky was a bioelectric pioneer who invented the Multi Wave Oscillator (MWO). He proposed that cells are biological oscillators that communicate through electromagnetic frequencies. His device was designed to restore cells to their natural resonant frequencies, promoting healing. His book "The Secret of Life" explained his theory that life is based on radiation and oscillation.
